| A great location with outstanding ocean views makes this the perfect place for a summer vacation of fun in the sun or a nice relaxing off-season getaway or fishing trip weekend. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the lower level, along with a washer and dryer and a well-equipped game room. A wrap around deck leads to an outside shower and is furnished with rocking chairs and large table. There are bicycles, umbrellas, beach chairs, a volleyball net, and many other beach toys and accessories for kids of all ages, along with a charcoal grill, and covered garage. | |

| You may not have thought about our street address - 807 ocean drive - but it is important! That's half way between 801 ocean drive, and 815 ocean drive where the beach access to the second row houses is located. What does this mean? Well, we can't guarantee anything, but you are on about as private a section of beach as you can get, with as few other neighbors as possible, even in peak season. Plus the island is only three rows wide at this point - so you'll more than likely have the beach mostly to yourself with very few neighbors, even in peak season. Nice, and much better than other locations in our opinion. Other addresses on the beach are closer to large multi-unit dwellings, or where the island is 4 or even 5 rows wide, and can become much more crowded. | |

| A comfortable spacious central gathering
place for dining, relaxing, or just soaking up the great ocean views. Amenities
include large cable TV, VCR, DVD, movies, books, games,
puzzles, local phone, high speed wired and wireless Internet service and
a fireplace for cozy winter nights.
For large families, you can simultaneously seat many people for meals when everyone wants to be together by moving table and extendable 'wings' on the wall unit out (I'll try to get a better picture of that in the future). |

full of eating and cooking utensils - everything you need.
Freshly updated and painted, with improved view of the ocean and more usable eating space since we relocated some cabinets and added a nice new storage area near the entrance. |
